Provo is located in Utah Valley about 20 miles south of Salt Lake City. Utah Lake occupies much of the central plain of the valley, and towns of Provo and Orem lie along the valley's eastern side butted up against imposing Wasatch Mountains. The valley has several small villages from Payson and Santaquin in the south to American Fork, Alpine, and Lehi in the north. The valley is surrounded by high mountains, Nebo and Timpanogos being the highest. Provo is home to Brigham Young University (BYU) and Orem is home to Utah Valley University (UVU), each with over 30,000 students.
We enjoy our home on the eastern bench of the Wasatch Mountains. It provides a nice view of the valley and lake, and is a quiet, pleasant neighborhood close to BYU and other things. For us, home has always been the important thing. No matter where we lived in the world, we always tried to make our home a sanctuary for our children where we could teach them the values and standards that we believed were important. Now that we are somewhat empty-nesters, home is still our fortress. We enjoy having grandchildren come.

Seeing pictures of the family home brings back feelings of happiness and comfort. Thanks mom and dad for always providing a home where love and acceptance was felt!
